My husband and I took a weekend trip to the Eureka, we absolutely fell in love with the whole place. However the first night we were there we heard walking outside of our room, we didn't think much of it until just under our doorway we saw what looked like the shadow of someone standing there. Two very distinct shadows of feet. My husband immediately opened the door and there was NO ONE there. Upon closing the door back the shadows were gone. Great experience for anyone who loves the unexplained.

I do the hvac at the inn. I love the inn. The owners are nice people.
Today (2-20-25) the only person there was the owner she was in her office and the wing opposite of hers I heard walking and a door closed and opened. I called out and asked I anyone was there no one responded so I walked and checked the wing and rooms not a soul in the place. The basement gives me the heaviest feeling
During the summer we had a killer thunder storm on an August night. I had to come reset the chiller cause the power went out they had no a/c. I had to go to the attic and something didn’t want me up there. You could feel what ever it was wasn’t happy that night. Lightning struck and in the view of the window I saw an outline of a person and it disappeared. I got the heck out of there didn’t go back for two days. lol.
It’s haunted for sure but it’s a friendly haunt. Thanks for listening

My sister and I were staying on the wing alone ! During the night we heard people strolling up and down the hallway! Woke up hearing bangs went out into the hallway, nobody was even in the room across the hall! Inn keeper told us there was no one on that wing but ya! The during the night something kept tugging on my sisters nightgown!
The next night to Inn was full as per the Innkeeper. The wing was silent!!!
