The building was originally built in 1892 and was the Union Gospel Tabernacle. The well-known home of country music is said to be haunted by the ghost of Hank Williams, Sr. Reports have stated that his voice can be heard singing his songs. The spirit of a Confederate soldier has also been reported in the building, along with footsteps and doors that close by themselves.
