I have lived in the area all my life. Been by there during the day and night many times . I stop and take pictures of the horses, deer, and birds. Have been told that it’s haunted but never heard any specific stories of anything traumatic happening there. It is really dark and kinda creepy at night though.

Me and a friend of mine went there about a month ago and I brought along my K2 meter and we were getting pretty good hits off of it so my friend brought out his recorder and I had asked if there was anyone in the truck with us and I got an intelligent immediate response in a black man's voice say "NO" and then there were 3 low in a different voice say "I can't". We also had seen a dark shadow of a man standing in a dark suit with a round top hat on from the 1920's era standing in between some trees.

Lots of great history surrounding the property and the original owner but I’m afraid it is not much more than a good campfire story. I have done extensive research on the property and surround area for a book and the facts unfortunately doesn’t fit the legend people have given it. I have lived in the area all my life and been there many times over the years. I have never experienced anything I would consider close to being paranormal. It is abandoned. And with any deserted property comes with a sense of creepiness. So I’m sure with the right atmosphere and good imagination it could become a great ghost story. But unfortunately that’s all it is ... a story.

Not a very haunted place, but you can easily get a tour of the place for 20$ a person. Would recommend as the owner has a lock on the place and will call the cops and seek charges.
Her name is Michelle Earhart and you should definitely give her a call. Do not trespass as again, she will call the cops.

Just go inside the house between 12 midnight to 4 am and you tell me what you think, if you can make it that long.
