It has been rumored that Greenwood Cemetery is haunted by the wife who lived in a large house across the lake. After she fell ill, she became wheelchair-bound and her husband began to have an affair. To get rid of his wife, he took her down to the lake and pushed her wheelchair into it. It has been said that she appears in the cemetery as a green mist, sometimes accompanied by wheelchair tracks on the ground.

Amazing

The story of this cemetery’ is very true. I have experienced it myself at 17 and where the lady was killed I saw her and her wheel chair go into the lake as they call it I call it a pond because that’s was it was. I was between 10&14 when I saw this. My husband was a non- believer until he seen it needless to say he has never been back to any of my hunting. We were at the cemetery around midnight and after hour and a half started taunting her and about 1:40 a green head stone lit up and a green misty figure appeared and starting floating up the hill towards us it began moving faster and needless to say we got the heck out of there fast and never looked back. I’ve also experienced some activity at the cemetery in red bank at the duck pound also very interesting.
