This hotel building has more than its fair share of haunts and is one of the oldest hotels in Gatlinburg. The location is said to be haunted by multiple spirits, including that of a former cook named Alvin. He is said to haunt the kitchens on the property. It was also said that a man committed suicide in Room 471 and that a reflection of his ghost can be seen in the nearby windows and walking around the pool at night. A Boy Scout leader had murdered some of the Scouts on the 7th floor and their ghosts have been reported running and screaming through the hallways.
